The Aiforya Story

People first.
Governance that follows.

The Journey

I founded Aiforya because I kept seeing the same thing. Organisations adopting AI tools without giving their people the understanding to use them well. Policies written for legal teams that nobody else ever read. And a growing gap between how confident leaders thought their teams were with AI, and what was actually happening day to day.

What sets me apart?

I did not come to this through frameworks and textbooks. I have been wired to help people navigate complexity since long before it was a job title. I was the person in the family setting up everyone’s televisions, figuring out the latest software before anyone else, always finding it completely natural to understand how something new worked and help others navigate it with confidence.

That instinct followed me through fifteen years inside real organisations. From managing 100+ agents across 14 languages at Concentrix, through building global digital communities at ModSquad across Tourism, Health, Gaming, and Finance, to leading the digital team at Oxfam Ireland. At every stage, the question was the same: how do you help people genuinely understand something complex, rather than just comply with it?

At Oxfam Ireland, that question met AI directly. I worked with the Head of Digital to develop the organisation’s internal AI policy. I built a tailored internal AI solution to help staff review content against organisational values. And I set up a monthly all-staff AI conversation, a safe space where anyone could ask questions, share concerns, and learn together. Not a training session. A genuine conversation. The kind that actually changes how people think and work.

Long before AI became a mainstream conversation, I was speaking publicly about online safety, the ethics of AI integration, and what responsible adoption actually looks like for real people and real organisations. Not because it was a career move, but because I genuinely cared. And still do.

I care particularly about what AI is doing to human confidence, expertise, and independent thinking. About who gets left behind when AI literacy is not distributed fairly. About the worker who stops trusting their own judgment because a tool gives an answer faster. About the small business owner who loses their voice one AI-generated output at a time.

That is the bigger picture behind Aiforya. Helping organisations get AI right is part of it. The rest is about making sure the humans inside those organisations stay genuinely in the driving seat.

AI literacy is not a nice-to-have. It is the thing that determines whether AI makes your team more capable or quietly diminishes them.

Working with Aiforya

Working with Aiforya is not about receiving a document and being left to figure it out. I work alongside you, taking the time to understand how your business actually operates, and making sure that what gets built is something your team can genuinely own and use.

  • I start with your reality, not a template: every business uses AI differently, and your compliance framework should reflect that
  • I explain, not just deliver: you’ll always understand what we’ve built and why — so you’re never dependent on me to interpret it
  • I build for your people, not just your policy: compliance that sits in a folder helps no one; the goal is always genuine understanding across your team
  • I’m in it with you: whether that’s a quick question between sessions or a regulatory update that needs your attention, you won’t be navigating this alone
