Email correspondence is stored on servers provided by our email and hosting provider. We do not use third party CRM systems or marketing platforms to store your personal data.

Ongoing clients: Email correspondence and related project communications are retained for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and administrative purposes.

One-off enquiries and single engagements: Contact details and correspondence are deleted after two years. We may make occasional light contact within that period, for example to share relevant updates or check in on your needs. If you would prefer not to hear from us at any point, please let us know by emailing privacy@aiforya.com and we will remove your details promptly.
